"Workplace Health and Safety Culture" hosted by our Sales and Biomass Treatment Centre Recovery Team

Englobe believes that the health and safety of its employees is paramount. The emphasis on this crucial subject is especially important when dealing with employees who are traveling and in the field (work sites, treatment centres, farmers’ fields, etc.) We wish to instill in our staff a higher level of awareness of risks in the workplace, with the goal of encouraging safe behaviours in the execution of day-to-day tasks.

Inspired by this mandate, our team dedicated to the management of residual materials and agricultural recycling – consisting of technicians, project managers, agronomists, sales coordinators, and team leaders – has endeavored to take on the subject of health and safety in the workplace, in a way that is both original and fun. They organized a day of presentations on risks related to pathogens, psychological distress, ergonomics, road safety, and healthy life habits, alongside more creative activities such as open air exercise sessions following a healthy, balanced lunch.

As a responsible employer, Englobe is proud to encourage such initiatives that strive to incite each and every one of us to adopt a healthy lifestyle, for the benefit of our personal and professional communities.
